Responding with Love

Finding Good/God in Everything

Unity of the Valley joins Unity Worldwide Ministries and our sister Centers in Minnesota in suspending all in-person Services, Classes, Workshops and Group Meetings effective immediately through at least Sunday, March 29th.

Our Center will remain open and staffed during weekday regular business hours Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. in order to continue to be a source of spiritual information and nourishment for you and for our entire Community.

Our intent is to explore new and different ways in which we can communicate effectively and transparently, as well to develop new and deeper ways to connect with each other.

I, for one, am excited about exploring these new ways of communicating with you!

Our Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday, March 31st at 6:30 p.m. to review the latest public health official recommendations.  We’ll provide an update at that time.

Here’s our commitment to you:

* A weekly recorded Meditation & Message from Unity of the Valley, live streamed whenever possible; and, we’re exploring additional digital programming;

*  More frequent communication through email blasts and social media;

*  Prayer Requests may be submitted by calling Silent Unity at 1-816-969-2000 or through; and,

*  If you desire personal one-on-one prayer support from a Unity of the Valley Prayer Chaplain, please call our Center 952-895-0745 (leave a message after hours) or send a message via email to and a Prayer Chaplain will be in touch with you.

Here’s what we need from you:

*  Your continued financial support . . . your gifts, tithes and Love Offerings . . . is critical for Unity of the Valley to meet our monthly obligations.  The bulk of our expenses are recurring and are not impacted much by this suspension of activity.  We’ve been able to operate with positive cash flow for the past 6 months, thanks to your thoughtful support.  We’re trending towards a loss of $2,500 in March without your continued investment in our programs and services.

You may mail your check to Unity of the Valley at 4011 West Highway 13, Savage, MN 55378, or use the “Donate” button in this mailing.  Thank you for helping to continue the spiritual work of Unity of the Valley!

*  We’re looking for volunteers to help produce the Sunday Service each week . . . to serve as Platform Leader, read the Daily Word, read our Affirmations, and provide Sound and Audio support.  Please contact Peggy Henrikson at

*  Are you interested in helping to deliver spiritual content digitally?  Please contact me at

Through Unity, we are comforted in the knowing that everything happens according to Divine Timing and always for our highest and best good (even if we can’t see or understand it now).  I encourage you to seek out all the positive opportunities presenting themselves every day.  Above all, affirm in your heart that All Is Well!

Whenever I want to raise my vibration (or need a distraction from the day’s events), I often turn to a variety of my favorite spiritual singers/songwriters.  I’ve listed some of them below for your enjoyment and spiritual nourishment today.
