A Good Death ~ Gentle Crossings

Registration is closed for this event
This workshop aims to bring insight and understanding to the subject in a safe, supportive environment.

Woody Allen says, “I’m not afraid of death; I just don’t want to be there when it happens!” Most of us probably feel that way. However, sooner or later on our earthly journey, we must deal with the death of someone we love and eventually our own departure from this world. Nothing focuses us more clearly on what really matters. Nothing helps us drop our defenses more quickly or gives us more compassion for human suffering.

This workshop aims to bring insight and understanding to the subject. In a safe, supportive environment, in the four sessions we’ll explore:

Thursday, July 14 - Our beliefs, fears, and questions about dying

Thursday, July 21 -  The dying process and what’s next after life on earth

Thursday, July 28 - How to be present for a loved one as they leave their earthly body and how to deal with grief (with Grief Coach Pat Sheveland)

Thursday, August 4 - How to prepare for our own death (includes an overview of getting your affairs in order with Atty Jennifer Stevens)

Join us for an enlightening experience to die for!

Love offering for the series or individual sessions.
