Meditation 101 – Monday evenings from 7 – 8:30 pm starting September 24th
Does being more relaxed, confident and peaceful sound inviting? Do you want to quiet your mind and self-talk to facilitate connecting with your Higher Power? Are you trying to manage heart disease, lower blood pressure, control migraines, or find relief from chronic pain? Perhaps you’re interested in looking 5 to 10 years younger! These are just a few of the benefits of regular meditation. This is an experiential class designed to provide foundational understanding and, more importantly, to provide the practice, tools, atmosphere and experience to help you start meditating. Along the way, we’ll explore techniques that aid the process, learn about meditation energetics, and practice, practice, practice, utilizing the support of our group dynamic.
