Introduction to Spring Forest QiGong

Experience the benefits of Spring Forest Qigong during this 90-minute Introduction to Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ). Qigong is an ancient form of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), utilizing energy breathing, simple movement, and meditation to help balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.

Research has shown practicing SFQ on a regular basis can have a positive impact for people who are experiencing chronic pain, emotional disturbances, and/or depression. Many people have found practicing SFQ in combination with chemotherapy and other traditional medical treatments is a powerful tool in achieving improved physical and emotional well-being.

Please join us for this introductory session to the practice of Spring Forest Qigong. The gentle movements can be done sitting, standing, or lying down, allowing individuals of any physical capability to join us!
 Your Instructor: Patricia (Pat) Sheveland, RN, CMC, ACC is a certified Spring Forest Qigong Group Practice Leader and Level One Trainer. She is a certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation, specializing in healing of mind, body, and spirit.
