A Mindful Choice film

A Mindful Choice is a feature-length documentary showing a diverse range of people making the choice for a better life through Ascension meditation. It tells the stories of groups and individuals around the world who find peace – from prisoners in a maximum security prison to foster kids,stressed-out businesspeople, cancer patients, and professional ballet dancers.

Producer Greg Hopkinson says, “These people are finding real peace, often against incredible odds. It shows true freedom is in everyone’s reach. With the film we want to show more people that peace is possible.”

The film showing is free to attend. It's a precursor to a free Introduction to Ascension meditation June 28th and repeated July 12th (6:30-8) as the first part of a subsequent course, which is being sponsored and partially funded by Unity of the Valley (6:30-9:30, July 12, 19, 26 and August 2 and 9).
