This restful, calming class includes intentional breathing, gentle, flowing movements, and passive and supported poses. It is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner - even absolute beginners or those dealing with injuries or other physical challenges. In this series, we will explore several different styles of yoga including Yoga Nidra, Yin, Hatha, and Restorative. You will leave this class feeling calm, rested and rejuvenated; it is meditation in motion.
Please bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one; a limited number will be available for use at each class. You may also choose to bring a bath towel or thin blanket for extra padding if you wish.
Krista Boos E-RYT 300 has been teaching yoga for over 8 years and practicing for over 17 years. She loves teaching and practicing calming and gentle yoga to balance out all of the busy-ness that modern life holds for us no matter what phase of life we are currently enjoying. She has experience teaching people from all ages and stages of life and loves connecting with her students in the extraordinary space that yoga provides.
